En un horizonte temporal más amplio, es importante que desde el Estado se promuevan roles de género más
equitativos, donde hombres y mujeres compartan con mayor igualdad el trabajo al interior del hogar. En general,
todas las políticas de igualdad de género deberían ser reforzadas.
